There is no need to worry, if one faces such situation. Here are some solutions for back pain during pregnancy: </p>

The most effective technique for treating back pain during pregnancy is regular exercise. The pregnant women must avoid painkillers. Some suggested exercises to relieve back pain are walking, pelvic stretching, short crunches and bending knees while lifting head and exhaling. </p>
<p>Incorrect posture is also one of the cause for back pain while pregnant. Stand straight with an erect back. Do not be in the same posture for long time, try to change .</p>
<p>While lying, use pillows for support and maintain a parallel posture of the thighs. For getting up, turn to one side and move slowly on to a sitting position and then get up. For sleeping, lie down on your side especially towards the left.</p>
<p>Never lift or carry heavy objects. Do not carry the baby on one hip, as it pressurizes the back causing pain. Also, do not use high heels, rather look for broad and supporting heels. Use maternity bras to prevent stress on the shoulders and the rib cage.</p>
<p>Massaging softly relieves backache, as it improves blood circulation. You should be careful during massaging, if the cause of the back problem is sciatica, as it can worsen the condition.</p>
<p>Consult the doctor to discuss a diet plan, so as to gain weight according to your size and frame. Excess body weight will naturally put a lot of strain on the back.

<p>There are very few women who do not experience any kind of back problem during their pregnancy. These are considered to be very lucky. </p>

<p>Back pain is a very common side effect observed in almost all women during pregnancy.  According to the research conducted in US, approximately 80% woman face back pain while pregnant, due to the disturbance of their daily lifestyle. </p>
<p>Pregnancy back pain, is associated with a number of factors. Some may begin to experience this with the beginning of pregnancy, or those who are overweight or had back pain before pregnancy. Following can be some causes of back pain during pregnancy:</p>
<ol>
<strong>Increased hormones.</strong>  The hormones released during pregnancy, tend to soften the ligaments in the pelvic area, and thus loosen the joints, during the preparation for the birthing process.<br />
<strong>Center of gravity.  </strong>Moves forward slowly, as the uterus and baby grows, and changes your  posture.<br />
<strong>Additional weight. </strong> The developing pregnancy and baby together increases the weight, that the back supports.<br />
<strong>Posture.  </strong>Poor posture, excess standing and bending over increases the back pain.<strong><br />
Stress.</strong>  Due to the changes occurring in the pelvic area, you feel an increased back pain during stressful periods of your pregnancy.
